Reason for
#!/bin/bash -l
in
run_testsuite.sh
?

This is probably a silly "issue", but #!/bin/bash -l in run_testsuite.sh should cause anyone using Environment Modules or LMod to fail during make check. Deleting -l seems like a reasonable default. Or, am I missing something?

Well, the -l is required at some facilities to get correct behavior (based on shell defaults and module setup) - for example when other shells like CSH are in play. But, if "#!/bin/bash" works - go for it. We'll think about the default.
